Cinderella & The Stinky Slipper by Mike Brooks
Suitable for children of all ages
After last year's very popular pantome "Snow White & The Messy Dwarves", The Barking Dog Theatre Company bring you;- "Cinderella & The Stinky Slipper" Despite being a Princess, Cinderella is bullied by her two Ugly Step Sisters who are jealous of her beauty. They force her to do all the work and run around after them. She even has to help them get ready for Prince Charming's Ball. Cinderella was invited too, but she has nothing to wear. Untill of course her Fairy Godmother comes to her rescue;- "Cinderella, you shall go to the ball!" The two actors use puppets, audience participation, lots of action and songs so that children of all ages can can join in with all the time-honoured pantomime traditions. The actors can perform two different versions of this show, One for the nursery age range (3 - 6) and another more general version. Previously, "Aladdin & His Smelly Lamp" (2007) was a big success which followed "Dick Whittington & His Scaredy Cat" (2006), "Jack & The Greedy Giant" (2005) and "Red Riding Hood & The Silly Wolf" (2004). "Highly interactive. Responded well to the children" Snow White & The Messy Dwarves (2008) - Nayland Primary School
